Наушники пришли быстро,проверили -работают,но на следующий день решила ними воспользоваться,начала аккуратно доставать,а один наушник не полностью вышел.Низ где зарядное остался в коробке,а верх вышел.Хорошо пыталась аккуратно достать провода не оборвала.Теперь не знаю как их достать.
